Came home to a hatched and dry chick but wasn't moving much - what to do?

Hello! Today is the day for hatching! One chick was outside of the nesting box. It is dry but it isn't moving a whole lot. Is there something we should do? For now we have it in a brooder box with a heat lamp

Can you post pics of the setup it is in now? It doesn't look too good.

Dip it’s beak in some warm sugar water and see if it will drink that. Get it under heat immediately.

Ok it worked! Is it just shifting around in the video or would you say that's convulsing/seizure? @JustAChickenLoverOverHere maybe you can help?
