In my local store, it's $26.99 for Flock Raiser / All Flock.
Only $19.99 for Dumor Grower which is 20% protein. Other stats are equal. You can guess which one we feed.

We have 70 chickens, and go through 5, 50lb bags a month. They get a little scratch and can forage but this time of year there's not much out there.
They vary widely in weight and production depending on the breed, so I would never presume to say whether this is standard. The cardinals and little finches like to share and we don't mind because they are so pretty and entertaining.

They are $2.25 a dozen here. The highest I have seen is $3. This is a rural area and a lot of people raise a dozen or two chickens here.
