Ok so pic one and two is the rooster of question….I can’t figure out if it’s a hen or rooster i think because of their cross beak, the third pic is what they should look like such a handsome rooster, what do you think

I want to say rooster but he’s not presenting like my other rooster bantams, he could just be a delayed rooster lol
