Can’t stop flying over fence.

I cut the flight wings on my 3 hens to keep them in the side yard but they keep flying out and into neighbors yard. They have a dog so worried it’ll attack them. I’ve done one side for a week and then clipped other side as one side didn’t do anything. Any suggestions?

How high is your fence? Is there anything near it they can hop onto?

Bird netting. It is great for keeping the birds where you do or don't want them but offers zero protection since it is plastic.
