Can 1 week baby chicks be outside with mother hen in 45f temperatures?

Hi! So after having kept them inside our house the first week, our chicks along with their mother have been moved to our chicken coop. However, although they stayed inside the first 2 days or so, they are now going outside along with mother hen.

Temperatures are pretty cold, some 30 - 45f on the day. However, they are always under the mother when they freeze, and seem to be fine. I'm still worried however that they are too young, even tho the mother warms them.

Should we keep them inside the coop for the time being? We have a heat lamp in there so they will definitely be fine in there, but we would have to close the door so they don't go outside again.
