Can 2 week old chicks live outside during the summer?

My quails are 2 weeks old now. During the day it is 85-95 degrees F, and night time is 70. They’ll be in a coop. Is it safe for them to go out now?

They will need heat at night.

yes, it is safe but keep them in an insulated area with a light on at night as new chicks can be afraid of the dark.
