Can 4 week old chicks crow?

I have one that doesn't have tail feathers. As far as that goes doesn't have hardly any feathers. Would that be a Cockerel? I will send a pic tomorrow.

That doesn’t really mean much. Chicks grow at different rates.

This is her at 6 weeks, but she's now about 7 1/2 - 8 weeks old now.
