Can a 13 Week RIR Cockrel be fertile?

OMG, I have 3 randy Rhode Island Reds trying to mate--could they be fertile? Need to separate now I guess. Your thoughts, experience?

No, they aren't fertile yet. It will be another three weeks or so before they are, in my personal experience.

Why do you want to separate them? For pure eggs or what?

Speckheled--they are with my Jean-Wade French Black Copper Marans. They will be with othern RIRs--I try to keep as many together as possible, but also breed purebreds.

Ah, I see. You should probably go ahead and think about separating them within the next couple of weeks then.
