Yep most likely an EE and if its laying tan eggs now it always will . I have one of those .

Easter Eggers can certainly lay brown eggs. 
If you look at breed descriptions, they will oftentimes list that EEs can produce a wide variety of colors, such as blue, green, pink, and brown. Keep in mind this won't change over the course of her life....if it's tan right now, she'll always give you tan eggs.
