Can a Banty hatch sooner than day 21

Jealous lol, I'm hoping tomorrow it starts lol
I have one egg with hard small lumps on it today and the one end looks shaped different today.
It's 21 day mark is tomorrow any ideas

Im not sure im following you on the egg shape. Are you saying the egg looks different than when it started? I would give it about 2-3 more days but after that i dont foresee them hatching.

Are we looking at the little dots? My eggs have those all the time. Not exactly sure what they are. I assume just extra calcium that attatched.
