Yes, if two roos are mating the hen.

Actually, a clutch of eggs could have many mothers and many fathers. My hens will assemble a clutch of WHATEVER eggs they can roll under them - brown eggs, green eggs, blue eggs, wooden eggs.

Yup. And there is something about a broody hen that is irresistable to laying hens. I swear I can have a zillion nests available, but if someone is broody all the hens will wait to lay in that nest. It is why I mark all the eggs I intend to hatch.
