Can a hen be egg bound and act perfectly normal for over a week?

I thought my girl was egg bound last week. She regularly lays large eggs. She was bleeding from her butt. She wasn't moving around a lot. She had gross poo. But now she seems perfectly fine. She hasn't layed another egg since then. But she isn't standing funny. She's eating fine. She's running around with her friend. Her poo is pretty normal. The only thing different is that she isn't laying. I gave her a bath last week and massaged her vent with KY and nothing. Maybe she really wasn't egg bound. What do y'all think?

she may have laid it and you just did not find it... and she may have stopped laying now the days have less light.

I sure hope so. For a couple of days she was sitting on the nest and there was lots of blood left on the bedding. She had some clear, runny poo the days after the blood, but nothing that resembled a shell. She lays a different color egg (even though they're both RIR hers are much lighter) than my other chicken and I check the coop every day so I don't think there is a chance of her hiding it from me. I have an extra light that comes on to give them the proper ammt of light for laying. Let's keep our fingers crossed and hope she's just not laying and nothing else is wrong!
