Can a human hatch a chicken egg without an incubator?

Some 15 years ago, one guy, Qat addict, from Alemaya University of Ethiopia tried to hatch an egg by carrying it under his armpits for 21 days. He was regarded as psycho for doing this and other unusual staff. The challenge was..a) no control of over the safty of the egg while sleeping b) body temperature of humans and chicken slightly varies, +/- 3 degrees Celsius c) impaired movement, can't put it in a bag or a belt as it may be cooler/hotter than body temperature, body contact was necessary. It didn't workout just because he couldn't commit himself for the number of days it required to hatch an egg. So, the result is unknown, i am just telling you about the attempt.
