Can a mister cause ear problems?

Just a quick question: Can a mister cause ear problems? I noticed whenever the girls stand near the one we have in our run they shake their head. I was wondering if that added moisture in the air can cause infections. My flock is healthy otherwise and only shake their heads near the mist.

Usually my chickens just don't like they head wet like in mist they will do that cause they just don't like it...
