Can a pair of blue Pekins produce a Lavender chick?

My pair of blues produced 2 black, 1 blue, one white and one which to me looks Lavender or very pale blue.

It is almost certainly a light blue or a splash, but if each parent carries a copy (hidden) of lav, it could be lavender. Unless you know that there was lavender breeding in both parents' backgrounds, don't expect that you have a lavender chick.

yes there is Lavenders in their parentages. So maybe it is, these colours are hard to define! She looked more white as a chick but the other white/splash one is very different. Which ever it is I am keeping her and she is very pretty so I don't really mind x
