Can a pullet go broody??

I have a 4 month old BCM named baby that i think is going broody. She sits on my other hens eggs most of the day. Is she broody or what?

My pullets did, but they were nearly 7 months old when they did. One stuck with it and hatched her some chicks. She's a great mama.

My 20 week of bantam EE went broody 2 weeks ago and is still at it. She had been laying for about 2 weeks by then. I did hear that she may not stay through hatching eggs because she's young and her hormones aren't mature(?) yet...but she is still sitting. I candled the 2 eggs that she was sitting on for 13 days and there's a blob in one and it's moving!! So I'm all excited that she just may finish her job. I really hope so cause I don't have an incubator if she quits.
