Can a tick paralyze a rooster?

Our alfa rooster is being really sick for about 2 weeks now. Before it was better but seems like it's getting worse every day. We have him on Tylan 50 injections for almost 2 weeks now but doesn't seem to help. He lost a lot of weight. We can barely stand on his own. He can not eat or drink in his own.

We feed him manual few times a day and give water with electrolytes. We also give him 'Missing link'. Any advice helps.
