Can an adult duck develop angel wing?

I have a Pekin around 1-year-old. Day before yesterday she came to breakfast with what looks like a feather on each wing sticking straight up. They kind of cross over in the back like scissors.

I had attached some pictures. Excuse the quality, it is raining out and difficult to photo.

If it is angel wing, I know time is of the essence. Please let me know what y'all think.

I see that a lot with my Pekins, not sure why. No, its not Angel Wing. It's the primary feathers so if it's bothering you could clip them off if you want.
 
Do You think it's bothering the duck? I don't know about clipping feathers. Will they just come out eventually?
