Emus are not goats and I don't think they would be compatible, would most likely hurt each other. A pair of emus, while not particularly mean, are well able to defend themselves and pack a powerful kick. They will nest, and the male will defend the eggs if you get a pair. Also, be aware that properly cared for, an emu bird can live over 20 years and eat a lot of food. If you can't find ostrich maintenance for them, you will need to mix rabbit pellets and layer pellets to feed them. Goats are inquisitive and nosey, sometimes aggressive, and competitive about food. To me, it seems like a bad combination.
