I am not sure if it is even possible but can you tell which are boys and which are girls

There are plenty.
Here's one: point to a chick, then flip a coin. Heads, male. Tails, female.

(Not really an old wives tale, because I just made it up. But most really are about that accurate.)

Seriously, wait a few weeks. Some cockerels will show noticeably red combs as early as 3-4 weeks old, some develop them later, some will start crowing anywhere between 1 month and 8 months, and some will keep you guessing for what feels like forever.

Males get long pointy saddle and hackle feathers, usually sometime after they start crowing and before the females start to lay eggs.

A few color patterns are gender-specific (feather colors, not down). But many more colors can exist on both genders.

Those EEs are much too young to be able to sex (unless vent sexing as previously mentioned), but you you can often tell much sooner than 8 weeks old whether you have cockerels in the bunch.
