Can any only tell my what kinda quail this is?

    These two quail where given to me. I am not sure what type the are. Any information would be great. Thanks in advance. [​IMG]

    Thank you very much. I was told its a male and female but don't know any thing about the breed or how to tell. I will have to start doing some research. Lol once again thank you very much.

    You can use the "search" feature here at BYC. Just type in Chuckars. Also, there is a forum for chuckars under "other backyard poultry" under pheasants and partridge. You can also google Chuckars to find more info, but imo, what you will find using the search here at BYC are questions from other newbees asking questions similar to what you may be asking, and answered by experienced owners.

    Oooooo those are pretty!!! I know nothing about them though. haha Sorry :( But their wings look like zebra print! :D

    The striped patterns are breast feathers covering the wings.
