Can Anyone guess what types of Chicks these are??

I googled red sex links and that is what I thought!! I think I might have Red Sex links!!

Well this is sure interesting. Learning more and more. So as it would turn out. The little black one that I thought was a boy is most likely a Black Female Sex link, the little striped one is a red sex link and will look like the hens I have Now. And the hens I have are not in face Rhode Island Reds but are Red Sex Links!! Any idea about those white ones??

So Now we have determined that I don't have RIR's but Red Sex Link Cinnimon Queen Hens. These all should be sex link chicks...correct? If that is the case then can someone take a look and tell me what sex they think all these chicks are. My only guess would be that the black one and striped ones are pullets. The first little white one is kind of mean! It actually bit me before I took the pictures...lol. It pecks and charges! Talk about attitude for such a cute little thing!!

Just a word here, I have RIRhens, they do not have white tail feathers, they are black and body feathers are deep Dark deep red....The feathers Are sort greenish black around neck feathers... Hope this helps some......Gl enjoy ur chicks

To create a sex-linked bird, the gene used must be apparent in a chick's appearance; this is why barring and silver are the most common genes used. The hen must carry the dominant allele; the cock must carry two copies of the recessive allele. As a reuslt, all the female offspring will receive a copy of the recessive allele from their father. All the male chicks will receive a copy of the recessive allele from their father and the dominant allele from their mother. Therefore the female chicks will show the recessive colouring and the males the dominant colouring.

Okay, so true in my mother hens. Don't know anything about them but that they are Red Sex Links....Cinnimon Queens. Now they were bred to unknown Roosters, but I was told out of 7 Roosters there were maybe a Silkie and a Black Rock. I thought I was buying 10 Purebred Rhode Island Reds....that's what they told me anyway....so just learning here.
