Can anyone help me figure out what breed and gender some of my babies are?

The first one is Toast and Oreo. The second one is Latte. The third one is Sunny. The forth one is Oreo again. The Last one is Latte again. I am new at having chickens and I am not allowed Roosters where I live, so I was just hoping to find out if I need to rehome some of my babies.

Whats an ee? I got them all july 1 they were 5 days old. So about 8 weeks old.

An EE Is a Easter Egger, A breed that comes from ameraucana lines. Usually lays green or blue egg sometimes brown or pinkish.
