Hello everyone, I’m new to this page and just wondering if anyone could offer their advice or insight into what may be going on with my chook.
We have had our hen Lucy for over three years, as well as a few other hens and a rooster. She has stayed in good health over the years but in the last few months I’ve become a bit concerned by a strange lump that’s appeared on her face. I will attach an image below. She had it once before but it was gone again after around a week. A few weeks later the bump returned and has slowly been growing over time. I’ve tried to flush her eye out with saline and then apply a warm compress onto the bump but nothing drained. Behaviour wise she is as good as always but it is still growing. Thoughts?
