Did you ever figure out what was wrong with her? Did she get better? I am having the same issue. She is in her 4th day with these symptoms after laying a 2 softies in one day!
Lethargy
No appetite
Weak
Depressed
not pooing
un-stable on her feet
sleeping standing up all day.
She is still preening, and her weight and feathers a still good as well as the color of her comb and waddle. She did roost last night after we had her in the "hospital brooder" for three days.
She has LS (Linomycin-spectinomycon) and Vital in her water, but she is not drinking on her own. We are syringe hydrating her. We are also syringe feeding her probiotics, Spirulina and Rice protein powder three times (3 cc) a day for the past 2 days, and will continue this.
She went to the vet yesterday, and he saw no parasites in her stool sample and cannot figure out what it is.
