Can anyone help me with breed???

Is anyone able to help me with the sex and breed of this bird. I believe it is a hen but I am not sure of the breed. 'She is 9 weeks old and her black feathers shimmer blue/green to purple in the sun.

Thanks for your help. You have confirmed my concerns. A game breeder lives near my father-in-law and I wondered whether it might be from a stray egg. As for being a Roo he will have to find a new home. Unfortunately 'he' is my daughters favorite.
