Can anyone help with this little one??

The pictures make him look bigger than he is. I'd say he stands about 6 inches tall. He fits in my hand quite comfortably. When I first picked him up he felt very skinny and his crop was empty. I could hear his belly rumbling

He was straight in at the food and water and didn't even care that my English bulldog was stood watching him. Poor thing
