Can anyone identify this breed?

This I think illustrates at least in part why so many bad answers show up in threads like this. People who really don't know the different breeds see a familiar element & base their identification on that one element. Silver Lerhorns & Silver Grey Dorkings do have the same top colour but that's where the similarity ends. Leghorns have white ear lobes; Dorkings have red. Leghorns have yellow legs; Dorkings slate. Leghorns have 4 toes; Dorkings 5. Then there's the body type difference. Dorkings are much shorter legged & heavier bodied than Leghorns.

You sure Dorkings are slate legged? All of the Dorkings i've seen were white.

You're right-I shouldn't try to do 2 things at once. Still haven't mastered chewing gum & walking.

I agree. When I first glanced the color looks DORKING, but upon further investigation (ear lobe color and leg color), definately not!

Well, I thought it was a Silver Leghorn at first, but then I saw the white ear lobes and thought surely it must be a Black Minorca. Then I saw the yellow legs and thought it must be a Road I'll en Red. But then I was astonished to see the straight comb, and that is when I decided it must be an Old English Game Bantam. Maybe they are right. It just might be a Silver Leghorn.

If she was black, instead of brown, I'd say Australorp.. My Mable Sue has the white lacing on her neck also.. heres a pic, shes not too happy because I just put a hen apron on her
