Based on the gold spots, I almost think there might be some seabright in there too.

I'm thinking Southern Rambler. I have some cockerels that look quite similar.

Southern Ramblers (Mysic Onyx's) also have 5 toes, all black skin, clean feet (no feathers), and random red/orange markings all over. This matches the picture almost exactly. It's either a that or some kind of mutt.
