Not red JungleFowl. Too big, wrong color, & wrong skin color.
Skin color is wrong for Phoenix too.

They are a friend of mine who got 15-20 various birds from tsc and couldn’t remember this breed. She got RIR, barred rocks and this breed which she vaguely remembers as possibly Welsummers but was unsure

What hatchery did they go through? Nothing really matches Hoover's.

I’m unsure of the hatchery. I’m certain tsc has contracts with more than Hoovers, but I always assume anything from tsc comes from Hoovers. I’ve never bought in store always ordered directly from HH

They are some type of hatchery mixes, not pure breeds. Maybe a new type of Easter egger since they have the green legs, or maybe some other layer mix. If they are supposed to be Phoenix then they are very far from the standard with those green legs and red ear lobes.
