Can anyone please tell me what this mark is on my turkey's neck?

Hey guys, Can anyone tell me what this spot is on my turkey's neck? It wasn't there yesterday, but was this morning. My coop is very well ventilated and the humidity is good. It is cleaned twice a day and he has fresh shavings and straw (Standlee straw) each day. I live in the U.P. of MI, so he doesn't get to free-range for extended periods (with supervision and not with below zero temps/ wind chills) and he doesn't get wet outside. He has no drafts in the coop and windblocks in the run. He is my only bird, so no chance of it being a hickey or fight mark. The rest of his face, snood, head and neck look great. It's not raised and not a scab. It's just flat. No other signs of anything off about him and he lets me touch it without problems. I do not put anything on his skin. Thank you so much for any advice. It looks as if he scraped his neck on something. I'd keep it under observation, but it appears to be healing well.

Rather than a bruise, I think a minor skin laceration that appears to be healing/scabbing nicely.
