We moved it to one sponge no change. I will look sometime today try to figure out how much of another one to get.it might take me sometime today. I have to care for my son and animals I have no sitter today.

I don't know if it will help or not?i had an old humidifier not in use. We used it when he had rsv when he was young. I washed it and filled it. And put it in between both incubators. It would be an immediate fix.

It runs cold air humidifier . I am not sure if we still have the vaporizer.i will look. I also still have my son nebulizer don't know if these would help us

If your humidity is too HIGH you don't want to add more humidity with a humidifier. And if the other bator is running at a good humidity you don't want to take humidity out of the air. Chances are that incubator has an incorrect hygrometer. Your best bet would be to go ahead and fill it with water and use it as a hatcher only until you can check the hygrometer against a hygrometer you know is accurate. Leave all eggs that are on days 1-17 in the bator with the seemingly more accurate hygrometer, and put the hatchers in the bator with the wonky one. As long as the temp is accurate and steady where you need it, filling the wells and maybe adding a sponge should give you enough humidity for hatching. If you are lucky enough to have any hatch, you can judge by how well they hatch as to wether adding another sponge would be beneficial.

WhAt I did was opened the air holes. I slightly covered one half way with tape player. I added a vaporizer to the other end of the room.in the other air hole I put my son nebulizer . And the humidifier is in the middle. It's coming down. How do I keep it when it reaches 60. It's at 65.
