They were listed as Cinnamon Queens.The one with black on its neck looks to be a cockerel, but not the other one. I'm thinking you got meat birds by mistake-- these look like dixie rainbows. This breed also lays well, so it shouldn't be a problem other than dealing with the cockerel.
