Can anyone tell if this EE chick is male or female?

The black chick is not a Dominique because it isn't barred. It's looking girly so far but it's too early to presume female for lack of male features.

The light chick -- are you sharing current photos of the same chick you posted first or is this another chick? Try to get a picture from the side of the chick standing.

Ahhh, then what is the black chick?!

Yes the photos of the EE chick is the same photo as the first I posted, these were from last night...

Well, it looks like a single comb on a black bird -- is the skin on the bottom of the feet yellow or pink?

I'll have to look when I get home! What is the difference, what does pink mean? Vs Yellow?

It just narrows things down. Australorps are common and if the skin is pink (and the black feathers remain solid black), that's what I'd presume you have. Yellow would point to Jersey Giant or black sex link female or a barnyard mix. Without knowing how you acquired these, it's really a guess.

I got them from a local farm, its likely they could be a barnyard mix. They have a grey chest, does that help any?
