Can anyone tell me breed these are?

My father in-law sent me these in the mail six weeks ago. And he can't remember what he ordered. Any help would be appreciated. Hate to say it but I think they all might be roosters

They look like they might be Delawares... and there does look to be an awful lot of roosters.

They are Delawares. The one in the upper left hand corner of the center picture looks like it might be a pullet (the picture is not the best). The others all look like cockerels.
