I say about a 4 month old pullet. It would have red combs and wattles by now if it were a cockerel.

Update...Miss Prissy is definitely Fog horn leg horn! Saddle feathers have started coming in and he's getting more aggressive with the girls, oh and growing spurs. I also heard a very sad attempt at a crow early this am...oh well, looks like he needs a new home.
