Can anyone tell me if this is a pullet or Cockrell

I have this Sapphire splash I got her from my local feed store as a Pullet around 8 weeks old. Currently 13 to 14 weeks. I think it's a Pullet but not a 100% ? Does anybody have any idea?

I’d say a pullet, since a roo would have a much bigger and darker colored comb/wattles at 13-14 weeks!
