Can anyone tell me what kind of hen this is?

Plenty of websites are wrong. Especially when they recycle pics from other sources. Hatcheries are doing good if they know it's a chicken.

We do this all day every day.
Murray McMurray doesn’t sell Easter Eggers. I ordered an Ameraucana from them, after all this controversy I’ve contacted them to see what they say. They say they’ve been breeding Ameraucanas since the 1980’s. We will see what they have to say. They’ve been in business a very long time, and I doubt they’d consciously lie about a product. If you ask me to believe random posters on this site, or Murray McMurray, I think I’ll wait to see what they have to say, thanks.

They don't call them Easter Eggers. Lots of hatcheries/feed stores don't.

They keep a mixed flock but don't state colors. They also say that pink eggs are possible and not all birds will have a beard. None of those things are acceptable for true Ameraucanas.

Your bird is not a recognized color/pattern and has willow shanks. I'm not even sure willow shanks are seen in hatchery quality Ams.

You wouldn't believe random posters here (that have quite good reputations for being right) but you'll believe random stuff off Google? Of course the business is going to tell you something good. They want your business.

Is there any way this is a hatchery quality Am?

I agree entirely. It is not an Ameraucana not a recognized variety, unreliable source, along with the wrong skin color. Not a chance. Don't just listen to me though, listen to the information clearly available on the Ameraucana Breed Club's website: http://www.ameraucanabreedersclub.org/faq.html I guarantee you any of the breeders would also agree with the information the well-informed previous posters have said 😉

I’m new, I’ll defer to something that is concrete, but, Murray McMurray isn’t just any random person selling chicks, they’ve been operating a very, very long time. As I said, they do not advertise or sell Easter Eggers, but Ameraucanas, and say they’ve been breeding them for forty years. That’s quite a lie if not true. If what I have is not an Ameraucana, then they are selling birds under a false pretense. I’m waiting for them to respond.

Well, they do if you buy them from uMrray McMurray..that’s all I can say..maybe my description of the leg color is incorrect, but, my girl is very similar to a pic from their site,
Katanahamon, the people you are arguing with are trying to educate you and keep you from spreading bad information to others. McMurray has ONE line of real Ameraucanas they got a year or so ago from a purebred Ameraucana breeder named Max Strawn, they are blues, and they sell for more (and are usually sold out.) All their other "Ameraucanas" are Easter Eggers, as are almost all "Ameraucanas" from hatcheries. Real Ameraucanas do not come in the color of your hen and do not have greenish legs (though she is beautiful) but she is a classic Easter Egger. McMurray even says they are mixed colors and may or may not lay blue eggs. Real Ameraucanas always lay blue eggs. If you would do some research, you will find that people are telling you the truth and it is well known that hatcheries call mixed breed Easter Eggers in random colors and patterns (who may or may not lay blue, green, pinkish, or tan eggs) Ameraucanas, but they are not. The only commercial hatcheries with real Ameraucanas are Cackle who acquired blacks years ago from a purebred Ameraucana breeder (John Blehm) who helped start the breed, and the blue ones McMurray acquired a year or so ago. No matter what the hatcheries call them, the others are mixed breed Easter Eggers.
