Looks like a game fowl pullet

She came in a standard Rare Breed assortment, and certainly looks different from my ameraucanas and wyandottes and such... she's very tall and leggy, with that very upright tail

Game hens are excellent foragers, predator resistant and excellent 'broody mamas'. They are moderate layers at best. Generally they lay a clutch and then go broody.

She came from Ideal Poultry, but I agree she looks very much like the BB RMG.
