Can anyone tell me what kind of rooster I have

Does anyone know what kind of rooster he is? He was given to me by my grandmother but she never told me what kind he is.

What kind of comb does he have? Looks kie a peacomb or rosecomb!
What are the color of his legs?
Best guess for now maybe a Partridge Wyandotte.

I am also new at chickens. But since he looks like he's got a downward-sloping tail and a peacomb, I'd guess he could be a Cubalaya. Here they are on Feathersite:

You'll have to get a better picture then becasue based on that one i would say he doesn't have a rosecomb and he looks like a cornish.
