This morning I noticed one of my hens had this sore on her wattle, I'm not sure if it's fowl pox, an abscess, etc. None of my other chickens have this
Can anyone tell me what this is?

Looks like a pecking injury to me.
Fowl pox is crusty and weepy.
Just watch it.
