He looks like an Old English Bantam. What kind, I would needs clearer pic. Where did you get him?

He has a rose comb. His tail is a little out of place. He's not very personably by any means. I will see if I can get better pick. I was wondering if maybe Irish Pyle? Idk He's not even year old yet picture not easy! He's a fighter!
