can anything eat threw chickenwire?

Our coop run posts are in, and we're going to use 1" x 2" fencing all around and on top. How deep should we bury the wire and angle out at the bottom? Is 4" down and 12" out, then covered with dirt and seeded enough to keep out diggers?

Run electric fence around it, not that expensive, and certainly easier, buy a small charger, $60-$80. be sure to use ground rods and run one line 6" above ground and then another at least 24" Someone told me to put a piece of aluminum foil with some peanut butter and one bite and they will never come back. That is what I am doing.
