Can baby chicks get diseases from 1 month old ducks?

About a month ago, i bought myself 6 ducks and a goose. After starting them in the house, i moved them out to my brand new chicken coop that has never been used. We'll be moving them out soon but I was wondering if my new chicks, going into the same chicken coop, could get diseases from from the ducks/goose previosly being there?
