Can baby chicks have a white light on all night

My brooder is outside and it isn’t quite warm enough and I’m going to put another heat lamp in there but it is white light, will this affect them if left on 24hrs ?

I've done it without issues, you should be fine. They are so sleepy that they have no trouble getting enough rest, even with bright lights.
