I have a quail hatching as we speak so i need to know if it would be okay to put it with my baby chicks??? Will they hurt it or are to big??? I had a naked neck hatch like 3 days ago and i got it some buddies from tractor supply so it isn't alone. I checked the incubator to see if any of the quail eggs are hatching and there is 1. Is it alright to put it with my baby chicks???

MAYBE with bantams, but quail are just too small to hold their own against full-sizes. You could divide the brooder somehow, if you only have one source of heat.
Ok thank you i will think of a way to divide them then. Can you give me any tips on them. I have full grown quails but this is my first time dealing with baby ones.

it will probably be fine with the chicks as long as you do make sure the waterer is “quail safe” and you can sprinkle some crushed feed in a separate dish or on the floor of the brooder if using paper towels. just watch for a bit to make sure there’s no bullying or risk of suffocation of the quail baby and be prepared to separate if necessary.

Ok i am prepare to. I am so excited for it to hatch.

No. Quail and chickens cannot be mixed safely. Chickens are host to a number of bacterial and viral infections that are benign to them but absolutely lethal to quail, especially juveniles. I've had to deal with this phenomena myself. I put some of my quail in a box that was used by chickens without completely disinfecting it. Even after six weeks of it not being used by chickens, my quail still got sick, and one of them still has respiratory issues to this day. These were fully grown, healthy, adult birds. An infection with your chicks could easily result in 100% mortality rates.
