can bulding made with treated lumber be used ?

I'm not a carpenter so I'm thinking of buying a portable building for a coop .
I can do small stuff. But I would waste more lumber & money, and it's got to look good and clean.
The building I been looking at has some treated lumber in it .

I don't see why not. I am using treated lumber due to alot of it is exposed to the elements and the skids will be on the ground.

i used pressure treated for the floor--cause of the mess they make and the outside part of the coop and my chickens are fine--they don't eat it.
