how bout one more question....

the day i got my eggs, i had put half in in the morning, and half in at night- same day...

now i have two from one batch and two from the other going into lockdown, should i do it in the morning or wait until tomorrow night?

I tried to candle some of mine one day last week.

I had a few that where white but I put them back in just in case. I think I should have took them out. I home they don't explode. I had a broody hen set on some eggs last summer and 3 didn't hatch, we made the horrible mistake of opening them. We had the smell of rotten eggs in our noses for 2 days. UGH it was horrible.

I used a mag light flash light but I used a paper towel tube to direct the light toward the eggs. DID I KILL MY BABIES????
