So, this probably sounds really weird, but I really like mio in my water (it's a concentrated juice that you squirt into a cup of water) and my baby chick likes to peck at whatever I'm holding at the time. She got a drink of the mio and tried to go back for more, but idk if it's safe for them to drink. I'm not going to give her more no matter what, I just want to know if I should be concerned. The ingredients are WATER, MALIC ACID, CITRIC ACID, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF NATURAL FLAVOR, SUCRALOSE AND ACESULFAME POTASSIUM (SWEETENERS), POTASSIUM CITRATE, RED 40, BLUE 1, POTASSIUM SORBATE (PRESERVATIVE), so if anyone knows if any of these are harmful to chickens, please let me know right away. She didn't have much, maybe a few sips, if that helps.

I drink Mio too. I hate plain water! I wouldn't give it to chickens. Among other ingredients, the artificial sweetener may not be suitable for birds.

I would think It'd be fairly bad for them, but the ingredients sound fairly bad for everything. I would say nothing in there would poison them, just remember to use extreme moderation.
Thanks. Again, she only got maybe a few drops before I stopped her, I definitely won't let it happen again.
