This is one of my many chicken food questions I have asked...
If I were to give my chickens stale chocolate chip cookies would they be alright?

I only know ..... DON'T GIVE ANY CHOCOLATE TO DOGS.. Their heart would beat faster than SAFE and potentially die.. Lots of chocolate and results irreversible.

TOP 10 WORST FOODS FOR CHICKENS!

1.

Plants from the nightshade family – Nightshade plants such as potatoes, tomatoes, and eggplants have a toxic substance in their unripened fruit and leaves called solanine that could be harmful to your flock. Even the peels of potatoes are potentially harmful and should be avoided. If you have a large amount of leftover nightshade vegetables (potatoes or peels), cook them first and your chickens will enjoy the treat even more.

2.salty foods

3. Citrus
( chickens can be sensitive to it.)

4. Onions

5. Dried or uncooked beans

6. Dry rice

7. Avocado skin and pit

8. Raw eggs

9. Candy, chocolate, and sugar

10. Apple seeds

Hope this helps
